Vikas has a proven track record of success in sales and marketing, having led numerous high-performing teams and played a crucial role in the development and execution of successful marketing campaigns.

      An accomplished Sales & Marketing professional with over 15+ years of extensive experience spread across Real Estate, Banking & Financial Services sector. Aseem has comprehensive knowledge & experience in the area of Sales & Marketing of Luxury Real Estate & have been fortunate to build, develop and nurture UHNI Relationships. Extensively covered and activated various International Markets which gave him wide exposure to NRI clients and vast learning on the consumer insights, emerging trends and market dynamics.

      in luxury real estate and financial services, Ankit has demonstrated
      expertise through significant tenures at Panchshil Realty and Godrej
      Capital. Known for his ability to set up businesses from the ground
      up, he exemplifies leadership in every project he undertakes. His
      strategic vision and ability to drive growth have consistently resulted
      in successful outcomes, positioning Squarea for continued success.

      Himanshu Rathore

      Business Partner – Retail Business

      Himanshu brings over 13 years of experience, having honed his skills
      across key corporates such as Panchshil, JLL, KPDL and Marvel,
      offering expertise across Luxury Residential and Commercial Real
      Estate Advisory. His passion for excellence in real estate coupled with
      his strategic prowess and steadfast commitment has translated into
      significant portfolio growth for his retail and institutional relationships.

      Business Partner – Commercial

      Anshul brings over 13 years of expertise from esteemed institutions
      such as Panchshil Realty, Citibank, and CBRE. His core-expertise
      lies in assisting HNI, UHNI and Corporate investors in various types
      of strategic transactions. He has successfully dealt with ROI-based
      assets, structured debt, corporate leasing and high-value residential
