    • Understanding the various projects to be able to provide clear explanations to the clients.
    • Generating higher walk-ins from all types of leads.
    • Cross-using leads for various projects.
    • Handling escalated customer queries, concerns, suggestions, feedback, etc. and managing their expectations.
    • Preparing dashboards, updating all necessary systems, trackers, and customer history details for seamless management at all times.
    • Always Offering the best possible customer delight by way of exhibiting best qualities like listening, acknowledgement, empathy, helpfulness and customer centricity.
    • Carrying ownership for every customer query.
    • Recommending potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing
      customer needs.

    Job Details

    Presales would be responsible to in-house tele-calling associates to generate quality walk-ins across various projects.

    Preferred candidate profile/ Qualifications:

    • Graduation.
    • Fluent in English.
    • 0-3 years of experience.
    • Ability to execute various programs required for high conversion of leads into sales.
    • Adaptability, innovation, and excellent teamwork skill.
    • Ability to work under pressure.
