We are looking for an experienced and motivated Real Estate Pre-Sales Team Lead to join our dynamic real estate sales team. The Pre-Sales Team Lead will play a crucial role in guiding and motivating a team of pre-sales representatives to generate leads, qualify prospects, and support the overall sales process. This position requires excellent leadership, communication, and real estate industry knowledge.
Preferred candidate profile/ Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in real estate pre-sales or a similar role, with a minimum of 5-7 years of leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market, property types, and customer needs.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and lead management tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
