      Job Description

      Real Estate Sales and Transaction Management

      • Handling clients for key residential projects
      • Attending meetings and business interactions with prospective clients.
      • Maintaining the quality of services and experience as expected from the brand, and
        closing transactions with clear understanding of the market.
      • Conducting closing meeting with prospects to close the sales.
      • Promoting new launches and driving sales goals in order to achieve broader
        business targets.
      • Understanding and sharing market insights and buyer preferences to help achieve
        velocity and volumes.

      Relationship Management

      • Handling customer queries for better customer relatonships.
      • Identifying prospective clients and generating referral business from the existing
        customers to achieve business goals.
      • Interacting with the client and channel partners on a regular basis addressing their
        requirements and resolving issues if any.
      • Identifying and networking with financially strong and reliable adviser and alternate
        channel networks.
      • Driving sales through various dealer networks.

      Activations Management

      • Organizing various promotional activities with the Marketing Team to generate new
        leads.
      • Active participation in launching of various projects and driving sales numbers
      • Conducting and participating in local exhibitions and initiatives for promoting the
        portfolio
      • Proper coordination and collaboration with colleagues and the other departments
      • Managing GREs to ensure correct data inputs and timely reporting of visits and
        booking data.

      Job Details

      The ideal candidate for this position must be under 26 years, and be passionate about
      driving big-ticket luxury residential and commercial sales.

      He/she must be articulate, well-groomed, coming from a formal institutional sales
      background, and confident in managing the expectations of highly placed- HNI clients.

      Must be a self-starter capable of managing prospects and taking them to closures while
      collaboratively working with leaders on the broader transactions and business goals.

      Preferred candidate profile/ Qualifications:

      • 7–8 years of experience in Real Estate / Financial Products
      • Graduate in Humanities / Communication / Science / Technology / BBA / MBA /
        Commerce from Tier 1 Institutions.
